Extension Lecture on Mental Health

The Psychology Cell organized an extension lecture on “Mental Health” in the Psychology lab of the M.M. College of Education, Fatehabad on 20th November 2024 at 1 p.m. The Lecture was delivered by Dr. Nirmal Kaushik, Assistant Professor of C.M.G.G.C.W. Bhodia Khera, Fatehabad. She explained that it’s important to think, behave and feel in a healthy way to stay away from problems like depression, anxiety and many more. She also suggested students to consult with their mentors in case they feel mentally exhausted or tired. She told the students about the practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety. All the students were actively engaged and fully enjoyed the lecture.
